How do I open a OneCall ticket within the US?

Opening a ticket is easy and you have options! You can open a ticket online or by calling us directly.

There are a few ways to open a OneCall ticket within the United states:

  1. OneCall customers in any country may use the online ticketing system on our website to open a ticket, click here to view the OneCall ticketing system.
  2. You can open a ticket by emailing our TAC Team at onecall@pivitglobal.com.
    Please be sure to include the following when emailing TAC:
    1. The affected product serial number or your OneCall contract number.
    2. A brief description of the issue you are having along with any impacts to your network.
    3. The contact information of the on-site contact for our TAC agents to follow up with; email, phone number and contact name.
  3. Additionally, you can open a new OneCall ticket using your OneCall Portal. If you need help accessing your portal, please send us an email to onecall@pivitglobal.com to regain or request access.
