From the feedback we’ve received on our original OneHub portal, we’ve created a complete makeover of the application to better meet the specific needs of IT teams.
Our product team has made feature adjustments to make the portal more concise and easy to use, giving you a dashboard where you can escalate your OneCall tickets, hardware replacements and FE callouts, all in one place.
Upon logging in, you’re immediately able to see all active TAC tickets and real time status updates. You can also view ticket history for maintenance, hardware, and professional services. Lastly, access the Ticket Management Center where you can upload maintenance files (not only specific to OneCall), request additional services, verify coverage and much more. We pair this with a dedicated TAC team available 24/7, as well as a Customer Success team to ensure your success with OneCall and all its products and applications.
