[BETA] This feature is currently in closed beta for a small group of OneCall Customers with a projected rollout to the entire OneCall customer base in December 2020.
For those customers in the closed beta, to view your open tickets and their details, login to your OneCall account and click "Manage Tickets" to view your active OneCall tickets and view the details of those tickets.
For those customers not currently in the closed beta, we are unable to accept new participants at this time. For ticket updates, please email onecall@pivitglobal.com.
